I’ll be sharing with you some of my absolute favorite genius practical apartment essentials you didn’t know you needed, the buys and finds that’ve I use and swear by. To begin, I’m sure that you probably didn’t know you needed most of these, but they’ve made my life easier, and I have no doubt in my mind that it will make yours easier as well, However, I guarantee you’ll be just as obsessed with some of these items the way I am!

Ok, hear me out! As boring and basic as this may seem, this is essential if you’ve been wanting a doorbell camera for your apartment but may not be able to get one because of apartment rules and restrictions on drilling etc. Safety is particularly important and I had to find a way to have a camera and follow rules. I can’t tell you how many times, having a toolkit has saved me. If you enjoy the challenge of getting hands on like me, you need this! I only get a chance to use it in the winter because I live in a sub-tropical climate (Texas) but it definitely gets cold during the winter months and the heated mattress pads never fails me. It heats up fast and has 10 heat setting controls. A gem!

Have you walked in the dark from waking up in the middle of the night because you didn’t feel like turning on your light because it would be way to bright? I have! That’s why I love my nightlight because it’s bright enough for me to see where I’m going and it detects motion very well. You won’t realize how useful this is until you have you. Worth everything!
It seems so boring, but these wall hooks are amazing! I love these more than the command hooks because of how sleek and modern they look. I’ve found them to be a lot more sturdier than the command hooks too. They’re super easy to paste. No drilling needed. The multi-functionality of the instant pot can’t compare to anything else I’ve used! Air fryers have been the dialogue lately and I think it’s great, I don’t regret it at all! (here is the one I use) But the instant pot has been way more practical in terms of all the different foods I’ve cooked in it and all the uses it has. Rice, whole chicken, porridge, cake, bean/chili, soups…the list goes on.
