Read on to find out the best planners for that can change your life down to your specific need.
The holiday season is officially over, which means that it’s that time of the year where we plan to define our goals and intentions for the new year. What better way to do that than to write down your plans, goals & dreams?
Did you know that you are 42% more likely to achieve your goals and dreams, simply by writing them down? (A study conducted by Dr. Gail Matthews – a psychology professor at Dominican University of California proved this through a study in which she gathered over 260 participants from around the world and from all walks of life. She divided the participants into two groups. Those who wrote down their goals and those who didn’t.)
I don’t mean to get all scientific on you, but it’s that insane?
As simple as goal-writing may sound, many people don’t write down their goals and what’s important to them. If you aren’t using a planner, now is the time. In our endlessly distracted and overstretched society, writing down your dreams & goals and what is important to you will encourage you to be clear and concise about what you want.
Write it down. It makes all the difference!
The notion is that if I don’t have it written down, it most likely won’t happen. My planner is almost always with me. Writing down my goals for each day has truly helped me increase my odds of succeeding and ultimately achieving my short and long-term dreams. It’s the routine of doing each habit daily that sets me up to be better in the long run. I write everything my planner. Just to name a few: my workouts, my appointments, my daily & weekly tasks, my ideas, my weekly meal plan.
To conclude, remember that using a planner should make your life easier, and less stressful. It shouldn’t be overwhelming, rather it should propel you to become more productive and focused.
I have to give it to the ‘Day Designer by Blue Sky’ for best overall planner because of how well rounded the planner is. This planner has everything you could ever want and more. I used this planner during my first and second year of college and absolutely loved it.
It offers monthly view with a two-page spread offering a visual overview of your time for planning, as well as 30-minute increments, a top three priorities section, to-do list, notes, and a gratitude section.
